Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care in post-acute care facilities, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion for our residents.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and personal hygiene, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Monitor vital signs, report any concerns or emergencies to the nursing team, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and serve meals, assist with feeding, and maintain a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff, ensuring seamless care coordination and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Strong understanding of nursing care procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality care.
