Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards, and will play a key role in driving our quality management initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and to implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze and report quality metrics and trends to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or a related field).
- At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading quality management initiatives and driving business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Responsible for all quality functions within organization.
- Develops and implements strategies for ensuring that organizational products and processes meet established quality standards.
- Establishes or administers an organizational quality management system and monitors progress against strategic quality related goals.
- Identifies potential quality failures, establishes methods for evaluating quality of raw materials or components, in progress goods, processes or operations and oversees development and implementation of corrective actions.
- Solicits internal and external feedback with the goal of continuously improving processes or products.
- May represent the organization during external inspections or audits.
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field.
- Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
- Manages entry to intermediate level employees of a department or a function with 1 or 2 sections. Ensures budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met.
- Some degree of judgment required in resolving problems based on experience.
- Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations.
- May consult with senior management.
- Requires significant QA/QC Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. - Bachelor's degree required.
- 10-12 years related experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Regular and predictable attendance
