We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our pediatric orthodontic care team at Joyful Smiles Pediatric Dentistry O. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering top-notch orthodontic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists with patient preparation, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for all patients.
- Help maintain a clean and organized dental environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with patients and their families to ensure a positive experience.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to expand your skills and knowledge in pediatric orthodontic care.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a dental assistant, preferably in a pediatric or orthodontic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and Saturdays.
