Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote quality patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut.
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor or in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
