Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in delivering exceptional healthcare services at Yoakum Community Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that operations run smoothly and communications flow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive team, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Assist with the organization of meetings and events, including logistics and documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and staff members, fostering positive relationships and open communication.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
