Position Summary:
The Financial Planning Analyst will assist in various external and regulatory reporting, including the Medicare 2552 and DHCFP 403 cost reports, RFA reporting, and healthcare surveys. This role will also perform month-end accounting duties related to third-party reimbursement, contract analysis, new business development, program expansion, and Net Revenue forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in external and regulatory reporting, including Medicare 2552 and DHCFP 403 cost reports, RFA reporting, and healthcare surveys.
- Perform month-end accounting duties related to third-party reimbursement, contract analysis, new business development, program expansion, and Net Revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions.
- Provide analytical support to the financial planning team.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years related experience preferably in Healthcare.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Meditech.
- High level of analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff.
