Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations to guarantee timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor real-time shipment tracking, providing updates to stakeholders and promptly addressing any delays or issues.
  • Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards concerning the shipping, handling, and transportation of goods.
  • Perform data entry for import/export shipment records utilizing Google Drive applications.
  • Manage airfreight shipments, focusing on aircraft components.
  • Follow up on existing issues to ensure resolution.
  • Execute any additional tasks or requests as needed.
Qualifications
  1. This position is suitable for entry-level candidates, though those with experience are encouraged to apply.
  2. We seek a responsible, proactive, detail-oriented individual who is highly organized and a team player.
  3. On-the-job training will be provided to enhance your skills.
  4. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

  6. The starting salary is USD 3,000, with potential increases after the probation period.
