The Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager will lead by example, consistently recruiting and retaining productive independent sales associates. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing systems to provide training, coaching, support, and guidance to sales associates.
- Providing high-level support on our systems, processes, and procedures, including CBIQ, CBC Desk, Buildout, marketing offerings, and listing syndications.
- Maintaining a positive and encouraging environment, fostering high morale among sales associates.
Apart from the competitive salary of $65,000, we offer a comprehensive employment package that includes benefits such as travel opportunities to attend company events and conferences.
