Job Overview

Fisher Industries is a leading provider of aggregate production and heavy civil construction services. We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Support professional to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

The Accounting Support person will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Reporting and filing confidential reports
  • Processing general ledger entries
  • Sharing responsibilities for receivables, including general ledger posting
  • Assisting with contract processing
  • Serving as a support role to other members of the accounting department
  • Preparing for annual audits
  • Processing various accounting functions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Background in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
