Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. This position involves various clerical responsibilities across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process documentation related to departmental functions while maintaining organized and confidential records.
- Utilize a computerized word processing system to generate letters, reports, forms, and other essential documents.
- Perform a range of clerical tasks, including typing, filing, and record-keeping.
- Respond to incoming calls, addressing general inquiries and directing clients to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare and execute various documents, including notes, disclosures, rescissions, and checklists.
- Issue proceeds checks as required.
- Assist in the administration and processing of existing loans in consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending sectors.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.
Qualifications:
