Job Summary:

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, requiring a valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by AdaptHealth LLC. You must also hold a current CPR certification and have at least one year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT or HME RT, with a focus on ventilator experience. A valid driver's license is also necessary for travel purposes.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality patient care to ventilator-dependent individuals, ensuring optimal health outcomes and quality of life.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' respiratory needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of ventilation management, including troubleshooting and maintenance skills, to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote collaborative care and address concerns.

Requirements:

- Associate degree from an AMA-approved respiratory program.
- Valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by AdaptHealth LLC.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT or HME RT, with a focus on ventilator experience.
- Valid driver's license for travel purposes.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
