We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis Services team at DaVita Inc. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including dialysis treatment, patient education, and coordination with SNF staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional resources to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of patients and the SNF.
- Supervise Dialysis Technicians and ensure they are delivering optimal care to patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 12 months' of RN experience.
- Previous experience in Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis, and/or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nursing.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
