Key Responsibilities- Product Knowledge: Understand clients' products to properly explain services and benefits to consumers and answer any questions so they get what they genuinely need.
- Record Keeping: Keep a record of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.
- Initiative and Problem-Solving: Take initiative and demonstrate a 'can-do' mindset, meeting challenges head-on no matter how difficult or stressful situations become.
- Team Management: Manage a team of Junior Customer Support Representatives.
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Experience: At least one year in Customer Support Representative roles or hospitality positions such as retail or restaurant.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
- Continuous Learning: Dedicate consistent learning and training to master the craft of hospitality to increase customer experience.
- Problem-Solving: Be an effective problem solver.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
