Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our infrastructure and production engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering complex cross-functional projects that enable strategic alignment on goals, priorities, and execution across multiple teams.

About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with software engineering leaders focused on developer productivity to enable strategic alignment on goals, priorities, and execution across multiple teams. You will drive large cross-functional projects spanning these teams, overseeing project planning, tracking, execution, and reporting. Additionally, you will proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution of program issues by presenting new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, and critical achievements to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status documentation for our initiatives.
  • Bring together and collaborate with large cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding requirements, changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
  • Present and communicate new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, and critical achievements to executive leadership.
  • Drive focus to critical path deliverables and track execution of dependencies.
  • Coordinate complex and highly dependent groups of changes through our build and integration systems.
  • Proactively identify risks to software delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolutions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in program or project management in software development, knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies, strong leadership skills including ability to build trusting relationships and influence others, excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences, organization and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.

What We Offer
As an Apple employee, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package, including a base pay range of $165,500 - $248,700 per year, eligibility for discretionary bonuses or commission payments, relocation assistance, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses.
