Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for a summer contract in the greater Portland area. This is a unique opportunity to work with a school near Gresham, OR, and provide speech therapy services to students with identified speech and language disorders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders, in accordance with their Individualized Education Program (IEP) recommendations.
  • Document treatment sessions for students with IEPs and provide progress reports to parents.
  • Collaborate with instructional staff to offer speech consults, use visual tools, and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
  • Organize student caseloads and develop schedules for each assigned school.
Requirements
  • Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Oregon Special Education procedures and best practices for SLPs in school settings.
  • Professionalism and accountability.
