LACOSTA is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of various areas within our facilities.
Job Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Compensation:
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
- Hourly Rate: $11.50
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floors, lobbies, and supply closets.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including:
- Restroom sanitation
- Window washing
- Trash disposal and recycling management
- Surface sanitization
- Floor maintenance including:
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming and dusting
- Restock supply rooms as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Physical requirements include walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs independently.
- Required attire includes LACOSTA shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest, and long pants.
- All jewelry and accessories must be removed during work hours.
