Overview

LACOSTA is seeking a skilled General Cleaner to maintain a clean and safe environment in our Geismar, LA facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, and supply closets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine building cleaning tasks, including restroom cleaning, window cleaning, and trash and recycling removal
  • Maintain the cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Stock supply rooms and ensure a well-stocked environment

Requirements:

  • Pass background checks and drug screening
  • Meet physical requirements, including walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently
  • Wear LACOSTA-provided uniform, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest, and long pants
  • Remove all jewelry and accessories
