Your Role
">In this position, you will be responsible for:

- Providing direct care to residents, including assisting with daily activities and medications.">
- Observing and reporting on residents' health, escalating any problems efficiently and effectively.">
- Detailed daily reports to the nurse or designated charge person at end of shift.">
- Providing emotional support and serving as a source of comfort for residents and their loved ones.">
