**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for receiving and assembling incoming product, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing and organizing product in our warehouse.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions to accurately pick, pack, and ship products in a warehouse setting.
  • Loading, unloading, and wrapping furniture on delivery trucks.
  • Tag and label product.
  • Prepare all orders for delivery.
  • Forklift driving (Training and Certification Provided).
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the warehouse meets quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.
  • Ability to carry out goals and instructions and follow through on assignments.
  • Demonstrates a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to safely move up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance.
  • Ability to maintain heavy physical activity during shift.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, and walk frequently.
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor climates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
