Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor Resident Conditions: Track residents' physical and mental conditions, and monitor their vital signs
  • Document Medical Histories: Perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and track health concerns
  • Medication Administration: Help with the administration and proper verification of medications, track their use and effects
  • Facility Maintenance: Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility for residents
  • Medical Records: Track residents' medical records and charts
  • IVs and Immunizations: Assist with the set up of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Medical Supplies: Keep track of medical supplies and maintain a proper inventory
  • Resident Care Plans: Be accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
  • Staff Training: Work with staff in the orientation and training of new colleagues
