Plumbing Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher/CSR to join our team at Blue Flow All-Service Plumbing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating work with customers and our plumbing personnel, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

• Monitor daily workflow and prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
• Communicate and coordinate work with plumbing personnel, materials, equipment, and customers
• Receive and respond to emergency customer requests
• Address problems and requests by communicating information or providing solutions
• Use phone and/or computer to send work order information to personnel
• Monitor the route and status of drivers to, from, and on customer sites via GPS
• Provide drivers with information about traffic, construction work zones, accidents, weather information, or any other obstacles that may affect their travel route
• Send out nightly and next-day schedules
• Answer phones for service requests

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching or a related field
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
