**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our fixed assets program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in designing, operating, and maintaining complex equipment systems.

The Reliability Engineering Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability programs to ensure optimal equipment performance, reduce downtime, and minimize maintenance costs. This includes managing and overseeing acceptance tests and inspection criteria for new and repaired equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize reliability improvement opportunities, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing and implementing corrective actions to address identified issues.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a proven track record of improving asset performance and reducing maintenance costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reliability programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Manage and oversee acceptance tests and inspection criteria for new and repaired equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize reliability improvement opportunities
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in reliability engineering, with a focus on fixed equipment
  • Proven track record of improving asset performance and reducing maintenance costs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Estimated Salary: $150,000 per year
