Job Description

Omicient Construction Services LLC is a well-established company specializing in high-quality residential building projects. We are looking for a skilled Residential Construction Craftsman to join our team and help build exceptional outdoor living spaces and home extensions.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong foundation in residential construction techniques, including framing, carpentry, and blueprint reading. As a Residential Construction Craftsman, you will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Framing: Construct and install wood and steel framing for patios, porches, and room additions.
  • Carpentry: Perform various carpentry tasks, including wall and floor installation, door and window framing, and finishing work.
  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to ensure accuracy in construction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project completion.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
