Structural Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Structural Carpenter to join our team at Omnicient Construction Services LLC. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in residential construction, with a strong focus on structural carpentry and framing.

This is a demanding role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent problem-solving skills. As a Structural Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and installing wood and steel framing for patios, porches, and room additions, ensuring precision and quality throughout the project.

• Framing: Construct and install wood and steel framing according to project specifications.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to ensure accuracy in framing and construction.
• Measurement & Layout: Measure and mark materials accurately, ensuring precise cuts and alignments.
• Quality Control: Inspect framing work to ensure it meets both building codes and company quality standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
