Our focus is on commercializing remediation facilities designed to effectively remove harmful substances from water sources across various industrial sectors.
Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Field Environmental Site Technicians (Process Operators) to support our operations. These roles will be based at multiple facilities across the country, each staffed with a team of technicians to ensure continuous operational coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement assigned remediation tasks in accordance with established standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
- Meet productivity targets while adhering to safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Provide training and demonstrate proficiency in standard operating procedures, job responsibilities, and documentation practices, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain quality assurance and control across all operational aspects.
- Facilitate site visits by management, clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that site facilities and equipment are properly maintained and suitable for ongoing operations.
- Perform administrative duties including labor and productivity reporting, safety and incident documentation, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline, along with 2 years of relevant field experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to assess critical situations and make informed decisions in a production or field operations context, ideally within refinery or chemical environments.
- Experience in managing quality, cost, and delivery timelines effectively.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to follow leadership in achieving operational goals.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel to various operational sites as required.
- Must meet the definition of a U.S. Person as per U.S. export control regulations.
