Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the profit and loss, financial performance, and budgeting for the community
  • Lead employees and ensure high levels of resident and family satisfaction
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Oversee compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Gerontology, or related field
  • 2-5 years of prior General Manager/Administrator experience, or 5-10 years in Senior Living/Hospitality with 5 years at the management level
  • Valid driver's license and license to operate an assisted living facility (if required by the State)
Physical Requirements:

Please note that this role requires frequent standing/walking (4-6 hours/day), sitting (4-6 hours/day), driving (30-60 minutes, 1-2 times/week), and lifting/carrying (40-70 lbs occasionally).
