Department Insights

Shifts available from early morning to evening.

Role Responsibilities


The Culinary Service Associate is tasked with various duties, including monitoring food temperatures, maintaining a clean serving area, preparing and serving meals, restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, processing payments through a computerized register, and other related tasks.

Adheres to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines for food safety. Provides excellent customer service and communicates effectively with patrons and colleagues. Demonstrates the ability to build strong working relationships.

Ensures quality control standards are met.

May operate kitchen equipment such as grills, beverage dispensers, toasters, cash registers, and dishwashers.

Experience in the food service industry is preferred.

Must be able to work independently when required. Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is essential. Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old. Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, and food service is preferred. Ability to read, write, and follow instructions is necessary. Basic math skills are required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Depending on the location, Serv Safe certification may be required within a specified timeframe. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may also be necessary based on location requirements.
