Sales Representative

Forward March Inc. is collaborating with a prominent construction equipment rental company to provide significant career opportunities for Veterans and military spouses. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be one of the key voices that our customers come to know and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening new accounts and increasing revenues through suggestive selling and building professional relationships.
- Coordinating and providing services for customers, including taking orders for deliveries and pick-ups, and handling mechanical troubleshooting over the phone.
- Acting as a liaison between customers, sales, dispatch, and management to ensure quality solutions are developed for the benefit of all parties.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working with a team and independently, with the ability to adapt to any task.
- Technological capabilities, including familiarity with AS400 or CAD systems.
- Familiarity with construction rental equipment or similar background experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills to enable effective communication with customers and team members.
- Ability to collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals.
- Maintaining a valid driver's license is required.
