  • Loss Prevention: Identify and report any potential loss prevention issues, working to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with store team members, management, and corporate offices, providing updates and feedback as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience, with at least 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate, starting at $17.00 to $17.50 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
