Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee timekeeping for direct reports and review onboarding sessions
  • Implement Quality Management System training on the floor
  • Assess training resources and suggest enhancements
  • Organize and preserve training documentation in digital format
  • Manage training lists and compliance sign-off documents
  • Develop and sustain the essential training framework within the Employee Training Database
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of pertinent professional experience
  • Commitment to the 7S methodology and ensuring a safe workplace
  • Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree, experience in leadership, familiarity with ISO standards
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities along with effective communication skills
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Capability to sit and stand for prolonged periods in an office or warehouse setting
  • Safely execute various physical tasks such as walking, bending, climbing, and kneeling
