• Generate reports from the Employee Training Database and timekeeping system to inform strategic decisions.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive training record system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
