Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the development within the Salesforce ecosystem, emphasizing the creation of scalable and maintainable frontend JavaScript and backend Apex code.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to define project scopes and participate in roadmap planning.
  • Prior experience in the legal sector, particularly with Litify, Legal Stratos, or Team Connect, is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development utilizing Salesforce Lightning.
  • Exhibit an ownership mentality, ensuring results are delivered with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and professional growth in a dynamic analytics environment.
  • Possess the ability to listen, evaluate, and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct basic configuration adjustments in Salesforce, including modifying permissions, updating records, and refining automation processes (such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules).
  • Manage and create escalations across various ticketing systems.
  • Salesforce certifications are considered an advantage.

Required Skills:

Salesforce, JavaScript, Backend Apex, SQL

Knowledge of the Legal Domain: Invoicing, Budgeting, Matter Management, etc.
