Job Summary:
PrideStaff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation and shipping procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily shipments in our Software Management System, including documents for UPS and FedEx ground shipments, international shipments, and all Freight shipments.
- Create and send COCs and other required paperwork to customers upon request.
- Keep track of On Time Delivery for shipping and receiving.
- Assign box and core counts to jobs upon completion.
- Check material tickets daily for completion.
- Update Estimate vs Actual job tickets.
- Verify time card data.
- Verify that all material has a Roll ID tag before it goes back on the shelf.
- Review spec sheets at the end of every day to verify that everything is completed before turning into the office.
- Keep up with emails in the quality email address. Work with Production and Management to make sure that we are sending timely responses.
- Assist in the completion of quality paperwork as requested by our customers.
- Waste tracking.
- Track and maintain Material and finished goods inventory – material next door, reemay rolls, reemay sheets.
- Ordering supplies.
- Ensure that monthly press maintenance is completed, and forms are filled out and filed appropriately.
- Maintain a current list of projects to be completed.
- Maintain a clean work environment throughout the day and at the end of every shift.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative/clerical work experience.
