Job Title: Behavior Therapist

Fraser is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children aged 2-7 in a clinical setting, implementing and tracking progress of therapeutic goals electronically. You will assist clients with increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, communication, and other areas.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field such as psychology, sociology, or child development OR 4,000 supervised hours providing services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, mental illness, or emotional disturbance OR enrolled in your MA for Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Passionate about children with special needs and enjoys making a difference in the lives of children and families.
  • Experience with preschool-aged children, children with diverse needs, autism, or a mental health diagnosis are highly preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass DHS background check.
  • Reliable transportation.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay: This position pays between $20.19- $22.11 dependent on education and experience.
  • Schedule: Our clinical hours are Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm- no nights or weekends.
  • No experience? No problem The first two weeks of employment are dedicated to training at full pay and full-time hours.
  • All expenses paid to obtain your RBT (registered Behavior Technician) certification.
