Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, VT. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Target: $32.00- $37.00 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and tuition, travel, and wireless service discounts.
