We are seeking a skilled Flexible Packaging Operator to join our dynamic team at Taylor Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and operating printing press equipment, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate printing press equipment, adhering to job specifications and company quality standards.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare inks for proper color and consistency, and check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
  • Inspect forms throughout the run for quality and coordinate with the production team to produce and prioritize jobs.
  • Maintain knowledge of safety requirements and equipment operation.

Requirements:

  • Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
  • High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • High degree of mechanical ability and good reading skills.
