**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the therapeutic treatment plans of our patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide personal care and support to patients, including hygiene, hair care, oral care, feeding, bathing, and bed making
* Assist patients with ambulation and elimination
* Work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse/LPN
* Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure high-quality patient care
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
**Requirements:**
* High School graduate or equivalent
* Current CPR certification required
* Minimum one-year of experience in patient care in a therapeutic mental health setting preferred
* 3-6 months experience with direct care of the elderly, preferred
**Work Schedule:**
* 11p-7:30a, every other weekend and every other Holiday (RSWH)
