Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces including corridors, meeting areas, and lobbies.
  • Deliver requested items to guest accommodations, such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, and bedding.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
  • Conduct regular checks of assigned floors to collect waste, soiled linens, and other items as instructed.
  • Transport clean linens to storage areas and restock supplies on each floor.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with cleaning methods and products.
  • Proven experience in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
