- Implement and uphold continuous improvement practices (2 Second Lean), problem-solving methodologies (KATA technique), and Root Cause analysis
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers regarding pricing

- Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 departmental standards

- Comply with all organizational policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an inventory supervisor or in a comparable role
- Background in procurement
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office; advanced proficiency in Excel
- Effective leadership and management capabilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Familiarity with CMMS systems

Work Environment:
- Office setting
- Industrial environment (Personal Protective Equipment required)
- Occasional travel may be necessary

Physical Demands:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk, utilizing a computer
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Ability to navigate various departments
- Repetitive motions involved in keyboarding

Essential Functions:
- Generate daily reports for various departments
- Document activities of external processors
- Prepare weekly inventory and water usage reports
- Compile end-of-month financial reports
- Direct and record monthly inventory audits for each department
- Procure parts and supplies in accordance with company protocols, including gathering quotes and securing approvals

Equipment Utilized:
- Telephone and mobile devices
- Computer/iPad
- ERP and CMMS software
- Copying and faxing machines
- Scanners and barcode systems
- Teleconferencing tools

Other responsibilities as assigned.
