We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Investment Manager to join our Asset Backed Finance (ABF) team at TOIGO Foundation. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for originating, negotiating, analyzing, and structuring private asset-backed investments across multiple collateral types.
Key Responsibilities- Origination and Due Diligence: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, conduct thorough due diligence, and develop investment recommendations for the ABF investment committee.
- Investment Analysis and Structuring: Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess the creditworthiness of potential investments, and structure investment deals to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage existing investments, including regular portfolio reviews, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of investment strategies.
- 10+ years of experience in private asset-backed investments, with a strong track record of originating, negotiating, and structuring successful deals.
- Deep understanding of fixed income fundamentals, including credit analysis, cash flow modeling, and risk management.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring junior analysts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering exceptional investment returns while minimizing risk.
- Bachelor's Degree from a top university, with a strong academic record in finance, economics, or a related field.
