Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Software Engineer to join our team at Endotronix, Inc.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative medical device software and play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting process development activities to increase throughput and ease of manufacture.
  • Designing and developing LabVIEW custom software or similar for manufacturing and testing purposes.
  • Developing and maintaining software requirement documentation.
  • Developing and maintaining software validation plans and protocols.
  • Leading and executing software validation testing for purposes of process validation.
  • Coordinating projects and working closely with internal and external customers and vendors to resolve issues and provide technical support.
  • Leading and directing meetings with other team members and hourly associates.
  • Managing manufacturing software within repositories.
  • Providing training and guidance to other employee levels in the operation and testing of software.
  • Developing and participating in process tracking metrics and using these to drive process improvements.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Software Development or Software Test Engineer or similar.
  • Experience with developing manufacturing or test software.
  • Strong proficiency with LabVIEW and MATLAB.
  • Experience with Python is preferable.
  • Medical device software validation experience ISO13485 is preferable.
  • Medical device manufacturing GMP quality experience is preferable.
  • Experience with unit testing.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in technical writing and documentation.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
