We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department of our Domino's Pizza distribution manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise a maintenance team to ensure the effective maintenance of equipment, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of machinery.
- Equipment Management: Lead the team to design, evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and install Bakery equipment, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer controls.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety guidelines are followed and work safely on mechanical and electrical equipment in a production environment.
- Education: Associate's degree and/or 2+ years Technical School Training and/or licensed journeyman of a skilled trade.
- Experience: 3+ years related experience and supervisory experience, including hiring, development, and discipline.
- Skills: Intermediate-level computer skills in programs such as Word, Excel, Groupwise, and a Computer Maintenance Management Program (CMMS).
- Certifications: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams, and hold certifications such as Certified Electrician Electrical and Refrigeration.
