Job Title: Head of Facilities and Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Facilities and Engineering to join our team at System One. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including the cleanroom and laboratory spaces.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or facilities management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a facilities and engineering role, preferably in the biotech/pharma industry.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
