Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Program Coordinator to join our team at Americorps. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and superior project management abilities, with a passion for working with diverse groups.



  • Identify and serve participants in coaching sessions, skills training, and work and career exploration experiences.
  • Host community outreach recruiting events to connect young adults with workforce and postsecondary education pathways.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to schools, community organizations, and colleges, highlighting the importance of career development.
  • Provide follow-up email communications to potential participants, fostering a robust support system.


Key Responsibilities:

Foster strong partnerships with community organizations and corporations to provide a network of support for young adults navigating workforce and postsecondary education pathways.



Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role: This is a full-time position, requiring limited travel within a small regional area. The successful candidate will be passionate about empowering rural youth to succeed in their careers.
