  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet varying deadlines.
  • Monitor site offers to ensure functionality, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Compile promotional information into comprehensive packages for creative and content teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, finance, and analytics to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Participate in daily promotional discussions, acting as a liaison between operations and category management teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of site placements and promotional activities, including tracking key dates.
  • Map analytical tagging to promotional calendars, accommodating variations in offers.
  • Verify that both staged and live content accurately reflect current promotional offers.
  • Communicate with category and product managers regarding staged and live content for review.
  • Support operations across different time zones and manage varying offer launch schedules.
Compensation:
Salary range of $85K-$90K per year.
