Job Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing daily production and packaging of product in assigned areas through accurate planning and scheduling. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in weekly production schedules
  • Inventory control
  • Quality assurance
  • Assisting in hiring, training, and developing staff
  • Maintaining a hospitable, courteous, and efficient manufacturing environment

What to Expect: As a Production Supervisor at Lunds & Byerlys, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe assembly and operation of equipment, planning and implementing labor schedules, and maintaining a safe and sanitary manufacturing environment. You will also have the opportunity to ensure that safety and sanitation policies and department presentation and quality expectations are met.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates have prior experience in food-related continuous flow systems and supervisor experience, as well as the ability to maintain a clean, safe work environment while completing tasks promptly and carefully.
