Key Responsibilities- Charting and medication administration to ensure accurate patient care.
- Maintain comprehensive medical records of all patient interactions, including observations and reactions.
- Report pertinent information to the Registered Nurse (RN) in a timely manner.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and maintain a clean working environment.
- Provide accurate and complete resident status reports to oncoming shifts and supervisors.
- Complete clinical admission paperwork and assist with the discharge process.
- Clean, organize, and replenish supplies on medication/treatment carts after each use.
- Comply with all state requirements, facility policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
- Current LPN license in the state of Connecticut.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to assume a flexible work schedule.
- Competitive hourly rate of $38.00 per hour.
