Responsibilities

The Receptionist will:

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D., including courses in typing
  • Experience as a receptionist with public contact, preferably with PC and related software skills
  • Knowledge of telephone etiquette, interpersonal communication, typing formats, calendaring, and filing
