Pacific Living Properties is seeking an experienced Apartment Home Specialist to join our maintenance team. As an Apartment Home Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall quality and appearance of our apartment homes. This includes performing routine inspections, identifying and addressing any issues, and collaborating with our maintenance team to resolve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for:
  • Performing routine inspections of apartment homes to identify and address any issues.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Documenting and reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the Property Manager.
  • Providing input to Property Manager in determining needs for next fiscal year budget.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Three to five years of experience in multifamily property management and facility maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, electronic systems, major appliances, HVAC, pool and spa equipment, and other community systems.
  • EPA Type II or EPA Universal license preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Availability for emergencies and on-call situations.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $25.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, short and long-term disability, 401(k) matching, mileage stipend, and housing discounts.
