Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

- Communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies are addressed.
- Administer the preventative maintenance program as required, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Complete training regarding safety, security, department procedures, and service guidelines.
- Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
- Meet with vendors and suppliers to discuss the scope of repair activities and materials used.
- Obtain pricing and bids as directed.

Note: Other duties may be assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications
  • Perform routine maintenance around the building, including fixing structural damage such as window, door, or wall repairs.
  • Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
  • Address damaged electrical wiring when shortages or severed wires occur.
  • Maintain the building's HVAC equipment to ensure proper climate control.
  • Apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using sealants on roofs.
  • Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
  • Paint the building when old paint has become faded or chipped.
